When you use the contact form, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone number, and a short message. The form is provided by a secure service that encrypts submissions and has signed a Business Associate Agreement.
How we use it
Only to respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation. We never sell or share your information for marketing.
Website analytics
If analytics are added, describe them here. Avoid tracking pixels from advertising platforms on a therapy website.
Your clinical records
Information shared in therapy is protected by law and covered in the Notice of Privacy Practices you'll receive before your first session.
